My Approach

Therapy begins with relationship. My joy is to provide a safe space for all my clients to feel known.

I believe we were created to heal, and every person has a unique path to get there. Because therapy isn’t one size fits all, my approach is collaborative. Whatever you are going through, you don’t have to walk through it alone. We can journey together and discover what healing means for you.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including CBT, EMDR, CPT, and art therapy to support adults and college students with anxiety, depression, trauma, and many other kinds of struggles.

I’m a practicing Christian and love to support others in finding Christ-centered healing, but I’ve also worked with people from other faiths and those who don’t identify with any faith, always respecting their unique perspectives.

Whether you are carrying trauma, navigating struggle, or seeking deeper peace, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll explore what healing looks like for you, at your pace and on your terms. My role is to offer presence, perspective, and tools as we walk that road side by side.

Therapy Services

I provide my clients with 50-minute online therapy sessions weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed. If you’re interested in working with me, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and help you determine if I’m the right person to walk alongside you.

  • Each 50-minute virtual therapy session costs $150, charged via credit card using Stripe, a secure payment processor.

  • I do not currently accept any insurance. However, I am able to provide a “superbill,” which may enable you to receive reimbursement from your health insurance provider. Simply call your provider and ask if they provide “out of network mental health care benefits.” I’m happy to provide whatever documentation you need for reimbursement.

  • All sessions are booked via Sessions Health, a HIPAA-compliant therapy platform. All clients receive access to a patient portal that enables you to schedule sessions, pay your bills, and access our virtual therapy sessions.

  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments for those who desire therapy but are unable to afford my typical fee of $150. Please let me know during our initial consultation if you are interested in sliding scale appointments.
